Secretary-General of the Office of the Judiciary appoints Professor Julia Jiyeon YU as an advisor of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI)

Mr. Sarawut Benjakul, Secretary-General of the Office of the Judiciary, appoints Professor Julia Jiyeon YU as an advisor of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI). Professor Julia Jiyeon YU will provide the TAI with advice and suggestions regarding the development of the arbitration system in Thailand including law, rules, case management and other related services.      

Professor Julia Jiyeon YU was served as the Head counsel of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). She has experience in administering international disputes and was also a lecturer in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution for many organizations in Korea, Japan, France and Indonesia. Presently, she serves as an international arbitration lawyer at Oon & Bazul LLP, Singapore. She also lectures in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and dispute resolution concerning international intellectual property.
